These few weeks have been seriously engaging for us. We have been involved in several activities at the same time, planning awareness seminar across the nation, holding camps, processing some necessary documents, co-ordinating, relating to people and traveling at the same time.
But one thing we don’t ignore is the feedback from the people. Why should we ignore feedback when we are actually working for the people?
So, yesterday, after my presentation to the good people of Port Harcourt on Monday and telling them about the Camp training that supposed to come up at the weekend, 16th and 17th February, 2018, most of them complained that the time is too short to prepare.
And you know that we had started planning the Ghana trip for Tuesday, 20th to Saturday, 24th February, 2018, most of them concluded that it might be difficult for them to make the trip with us.
We also got feedback from some of our existing students that they will prefer the trip to be shifted for them to get prepared very well for the Ghana trip especially those that are still processing their international passports. With these feedbacks and after some consultations, we decided to re-plan our schedule in order to suit both the potential and existing students
The new plan we have now override the previous ones we had before now.
THE IBADAN CAMP WILL STILL HOLD – NCCC FOR WED, 14TH & THURS 15TH & NALMCC FOR FRI 16TH

You can also come and pay at the venue, if you want to attend the training.
We shall also have NALMCC training on the Friday, 16th February, 2018. This is arranged so that those that are coming from far places can just plan to do it once instead of traveling again for the training separately.
PORT HARCOURT CAMP TRAINING SHIFTED TO FRIDAY 23RD & SATURDAY 24TH FEBRUARY, 2018
Just like I said earlier that the people we had seminar with on Monday, 12th February, 2018 at Port Harcourt felt the time is too short for them to plan to come for camp training and also be set for the Ghana trip. Based on this and consultation with our team members, we decided to shift the Port Harcourt Camp to Friday 23rd & Saturday, 24th February, 2018.
It means, the Camp training previously scheduled for this weekend at PH will no longer hold again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused some other persons that are preparing to be at the camp already but we think this will generally be better for everyone to properly and adequately plan.
We shall also use Sunday, 25th February, 2018 for the NALMCC at the PH camp. So, if you have applied for NALMCC, you should also prepare for the training at PH camp.
BENIN CITY CAREGIVERS AWARENESS SEMINAR – SATURDAY, 17TH FEBRUARY, 2018
The Benin City Caregivers Awareness Seminar will come up on Saturday, 17th February, 2018. We will be live at Benin City to sensitize them about the opportunity.
This will enable Benin people to prepare to attend the Camp Training at Port Harcourt or Lagos. We are cancelling the camp training already scheduled for Benin City on 9th & 10th March, 2018. Our present plan is to ensure we have all our camp training and awareness in February and then, March will be for Ghana trip, examination and processing of visa and USA traveling.
LAGOS CAMP TRAINING (LAST CAMP) – FRIDAY 2ND & SATURDAY 3RD MARCH, 2018
We shall have another camp training coming up in Lagos on Friday, 2nd & Saturday, 3rd March, 2018. This shall be the last camp before we concentrate on the USA traveling processes.
So, if you have intention of traveling to USA in April, 2018, you must ensure that you attend the last camp in Lagos. All those that miss previous training are expected to be at this last camp. Sunday, 4th March, 2018 will also be for the NALMCC training at the last camp.
NALMCC EXAMS AT LAGOS – MONDAY 5TH MARCH, 2018
The NALMCC examination with ACA will now be on Monday, 5th March, 2018. All the students that take the course are coming to Lagos for the examination. This is important as their supervisory works as managers will be needed immediately we are back from Ghana trip.
GHANA PRACTICAL TRIP SHIFTED TO TUESDAY 6TH TO FRIDAY 9TH MARCH, 2018
We have now shifted the Ghana practical trip to Tuesday, 6th to Friday, 9th March, 2018. This is an important part of the training as it will enable students to visit the United Nation (UN) Facilities in Ghana to participate and have real life experience as caregivers.
There will also be a letter of visit for the students from UN which we believe will boost the resume of the students. The trip will also avail the students opportunity to disvirgin their international passports in preparation for USA visa.
With this shift, it will be possible for more people to prepare for the trip. Some have complained that their international passports are not ready and that may deny them of participating in the trip. With the new time opportunity, more people will be set for the trip.
NCCC EXAMINATION – SATURDAY, 10TH MARCH 2018
The NCCC examination for all the students will be on Saturday, 10th March, 2018. This will take place immediately we come from Ghana and it will be the final step to the American Caregivers Association’s (ACA) certification for the students.
After these, the traveling processing starts in earnest.
Therefore, it should be care that we are taking all the training now in February and latest by first weekend in March. It is necessary for you to join us now, if you still hope to be in USA by April 2018 because this is as real as life.
